Important updates on Covid-19

Dear customers and suppliers,

We wanted to take this opportunity during this unprecedented time to provide you with reassurance that we are currently running our business “as usual” as possible. We are following the daily government advice and are adopting the following measures to protect our colleagues, suppliers and customers alike:

– We have a skeleton team in our offices running the day-to-day business. Now circuits are beginning to re-open across the world, our team is also steadily returning to work once again. We are able to receive and send out orders in the same capacity as before lockdown so get in touch directly if you are looking for spare parts. We have a skeleton team downstairs in the factory and upstairs in the karts workshop too, continuing with kart builds where possible.
– We are ensuring that a high level of hygiene among our employees and within the factory is maintained. Our offices are cleaned every day by professional cleaners. We have multiple hygiene stations for our staff across the building for enhanced sanitation. We have also adjusted the way colleagues sign in and out of the building to avoid spreading germs.
– We have cancelled all face-to-face meetings with customers and suppliers alike, and are instead using phone, email and video calls.

CIRCUIT OPERATORS

If you are now open or working towards reopening your circuit in the coming weeks, please don’t hesitate to contact us for stock of spare parts or advice.
