BIZ announced just last week the official partnership with Max Bladon in the MINI Challenge 2017. Bladon started out racing karts at the age of eleven and he’s gone on to dominate over the past few years. Having won the MINI Challenge Cooper Class Championship in 2016, claiming a very impressive 14 wins from 17 races, Bladon is now taking on the higher-level JCW Class.
Interested in the impressive specification of Max’s race car? The JCW class is the ultimate in MINI racing with slick tyres, three way adjustable Nitron dampers, Quaife sequential gearbox and SCS Delta motorsport ECU. The race car has a 255 Bhp 2lt MINI TwinPower engine tuned to deliver manageable torque and a wide rev range!
The start of the season is now edging closer, with the first round taking place on the weekend of the 15th and 16th April at Oulton Park. We’ll be following Max’s progress in the Championship throughout the year but for now, the BIZ Karts Team wish him the best of luck for Round 1!
